To repeat over and over again
My husband and I enjoyed a few days’ holiday at Casa Arizo from 13 to 19 July this year, coinciding with the FIB festival. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we would definitely recommend it.
In addition to being a very beautiful building that has been lovingly and carefully restored, we would like to highlight the friendly, affable and very attentive service provided by Carlos, Asun and Juan… they make you feel right at home. They are attentive to their guests at all times and if anything unexpected comes up (for example, the hot water broke down on the first day we were there) they solve it very quickly. They also offer many services (transfers from the hotel to the FIB venue, to name one, fresh bottled water and fruit available to all guests throughout their stay in the lobby…) that other hotels of the same size do not have available.
Finally, it should be noted that, although they only offer breakfast, it is not necessary to go out for lunch or dinner outside the hotel. There is a deli very close to the hotel, recommended by Casa Arizo, where you can buy food at your leisure before heading down to the beach. They will reserve a space for you to store it, and then you can eat at your leisure in the hotel courtyard.

A beautiful house and excellent service
We spent a few days relaxing at Casa Arizo this week and I have to say that we felt very comfortable and enjoyed excellent service and cleanliness. It is located in the old town of Oropesa, very close to the castle and other places of interest. It is also not far from La Concha beach. I would definitely recommend it. Many thanks to Juan, Carlos and Asun. We will be back.
Very welcoming!!
I spent a few days with my family at this hostel and we left very happy! The décor in both the common areas and the rooms is noteworthy, with a very cosy rural style. The breakfasts are simple but offer enough variety for all tastes: juices, toast for butter and jams, tomatoes for bread with tomato, pastries, fruit and cold cuts (the only thing I missed was fresh juices and fried eggs). The staff were very polite and I must thank them because, for personal reasons, we had to leave the hostel a day early and, although the entire stay had already been paid for, they refunded us the amount for the last night that we were unable to enjoy. We’ll be back!

A highly recommended place. We really liked the accommodation because of the friendliness of the people who work there, the cleanliness, the breakfast and how beautiful and comfortable the house is. In addition, the first time we wanted to go, we had a problem that prevented us from travelling, and even though we were already past the deadline, Juan was very kind and allowed us to change the date at no cost and made everything easy for us. We are very grateful for that. The house is tastefully decorated. The bed is huge and comfortable. Air conditioning. Good breakfasts. And everything is very clean.
Unforgettable
Quite an experience. The house is wonderful, full of details, and the service is friendly and familiar. The staff are very kind, always willing to make your stay easier and as comfortable as possible. The rooms are very well equipped with everything you need, and they also offer many extras, such as providing you with fresh water every day and even a cooler bag if you want to take fruit or drinks to the beach or on excursions. Recommended if you are looking for a different, high-quality stay. You won’t regret it.
